Coaching packages include the initial intake and debrief as one session. The initial session is usually 1.5-2 hours. Additional sessions are 1 hour.

Accountability and Growth coaching provides you with ongoing accountability and support after we've worked together for a three-month period.
Per Session - 1 hr - $150
3 Months - Two-1hr Sessions per Month (6 Sessions Total) - $797
