Advent Weekly Focus

Each weekly focus will provide information, activities and tools to support celebrating Advent from a Holistic-Body, Mind, Spirit perspective.

Advent is a season of joyful hope and expectation. You can use this time of preparation from a spiritual perspective by taking an inner journey, or from a secular perspective-as a time to focus on something you want to work towards or plan for during the Holiday season.

Either way it’s a great time to open up to new possibilities, to let go of past negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions and to celebrate!!
